Do you need a more detailed output of your battery status? Can you view your favourite TV series with your remaining battery power? Are you able to read the minute battery status icon on the top of the screen?

iBattery Pro is a tool that displays the current battery level of your iPhone or iPod Touch using a percentage output and a bar indicator. iBattery Pro additionally displays the remaining time in hours and minutes for the most common usage scenarios of your device:

Create iCal files from your TYPOlight calendars or import iCal files into your TYPOlight calendars

The extension consists of two components:

A content element that creates a download link for one or more TYPOlight calendars and a given time period. You may use the download link to subscribe to this calendar(s) from within a calendar application like Apple iCal.
An import wizard to import iCal files (.ics) which have been uploaded into the file manager.

Single calendars can be created as automatic iCal subscriptions (.ics files) in the TYPOlight root directory (similar to RSS/Atom feeds). These files can be subscribed by calendar applications using the URL to the subscription file.

Please note that iBattery Pro uses the official Apple battery programming interface which only returns battery levels in steps of 5 percent. A more detailed battery level output is not possible since Apple does not allow detection of the age of the battery in charge cycles.

Apple lets you waiting…

Gosh! It took Apple 11 days to get the last update of iBattery Pro approved. This is so nasty. You’re lucky if you only have regular maintenance updates. If you really have to fix a bug, then you’re doomed with these response times.
Well, you might try the new ‘all issues’ escalation email address which should help developers with urgent bug fixes that need to be prioritized.

In case you’re really behind the eight ball and a buggy version of your app passed the review and got into the store, here are some recommendations by iPhone developer Emanuele Vulcano:

Brace yourself for user rage. Customers aren’t going to be happy even though you’re going to treat this situation as proactively as possible.
Update your application description immediately. Explain what is wrong with the update and why users shouldn’t upgrade. Put the word IMPORTANT in capitals.
Submit your bug fix and then contact the escalation/approval team email from the developer help pages. Explain what happened. If your situation is critical, they can speed up the review process. Just take into account any time they’ll spend before looking at your e-mail.

Tag Cloud News is an extension of the tags tag cloud. It is possible to select a list of source news archives to build the tag cloud.

tags_articles 1.0.3 stable released

This extension allows the generation of a tag cloud for tagged articles in a given subtree of a TYPOlight installation. The tags can be restricted to articles of a given template column too.

To present the results, tags_articles uses a modified version of the global article list called Article list (tags) which is also capable to restrict the list of articles to a given subtree of a TYPOlight installation and an optional template column. While global article list shows all available articles, Article list (tags) shows nothing unless it is called with a tag URL parameter.

Snow Leopard Up-To-Date Program

Remember your completed order form must be postmarked or faxed within 90 days of the date of your purchase of a qualifying computer (described in this offer) or by December 26, 2009, whichever is earlier.

You can check if your computer is qualified by using the up-to-date check (US, Germany).
